We want you to be confident in your TEF Canada preparation with myfrenchclasses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase — whether a one-time course or a subscription — you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and sign in with the email you used at checkout.
- Locate your order and select "Request a refund".
- Or contact us via our contact page and we will help you process the request with Paddle.
Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription at any time. After the 30-day refund window, cancellations stop future renewals but do not refund the current billing period. You'll keep access to paid features until the end of the current period.
